A former Cop and his girlfriend are being charged with murder after their 8 year old son died sleeping in a freezing garage. The cop who allegedly left his 8-year-old autistic son locked in a freezing garage and also kept a family dog in a heated room inside at the same time. Michael Valva and his fiancee at the time, Angela Pollina have been charged with murder in the Jan. 17, 2020 death of Thomas Valva. Authorities accuse the couple of locking the child overnight in a frigid garage while it was 19 degrees outside.
