Purchased Chicken In The Last 10 Years? You May Be Entitled To A Cash Settlement!
Bought chicken in the last 10 years? Well, you probably have unless you’re vegan. There’s a newly announced $181 million settlement and that means if you’ve bought chicken in the last decade from a grocery store you may be eligible to collect money.
“LHagens Bernan Sobol Shapiro and Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, aw companies, announced that they have reached a settlement with six major chicken producers, Fieldale, George’s, Mar Jac, Peco, Pilgrim’s and Tyson, in a price-fixing broiler chicken antitrust lawsuit.”
Any eligible will include those who “purchased raw or frozen raw chicken” between January 1, 2009 and July 31, 2019.
The best part about this settlement is that it won’t require proof of purchase so you can file and claim your money easily!
