A Lake City man rolled into a dealership, wanting to trade in his vehicle for a new one. The dealership ran the VIN number and discovered the car was stolen from the same dealership a couple days before.
Police say he admitted to stealing the car. He was arrested and charged with grand theft auto, dealing in stolen property, criminal mischief and petit theft.
