The police department of St. Pete are searching for the person who shot and killed a St. Pete man after he blew his horn at them. Police said a man and woman had just left Whiskey Exchange and were in their car on Central Ave when a pickup truck pulled out of a parking lot in front of them. The man blew his horn, The man honked at the pickup truck driver, who apparently became angry, according to police. Investigators say the pickup truck driver shot and killed the man driving the car.
