Starting October 1st which is today, you must be 21 to buy and smoke tobacco and nicotine products in Florida. This in an effort to reduce vaping among teens. This now means it’s illegal in Florida for anyone under 21 to buy, have or smoke tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes. The law will also be banning anyone under 21 from smoking or vaping within 1,000 feet of a school.
