Reports tell us that police in Texas found children abandoned in an apartment yesterday morning. There's more to the story though, they also found a 9 year old's body thats been in the home since last year. Skeletal remains were found that were from another child. The other kids told police that there 9-year-old brother had been dead for a year and that his body was in the room next his. They are still investigating the cause of death of the child. The parent's were brought in for questioning and then released. The kids said there parents hadn't lived there in several months.
