Travis Scott and other organizers of the Astroworld music festival were already hit with one lawsuit over Friday’s deadly crowd surge.

In the suit, the injured concertgoer said that the incident was “predictable and preventable tragedy.” Ultimately, it left eight dead and dozens injured.

The two day festival had over 50,000 people packed at the venue which you could see in videos posted online. One witness said the crowd surged toward the stage making it hard for some to breathe.

The lawsuit is seeking at least $1 million in damages.

There was a rumor that someone was running around trying to inject people with an unknown substance and police did confirmed claims of “needle spiking”.

One security guard who was working the festival was trying to help people during the scuffle when he felt a prick on his neck and lost consciousness.

They don't know what was in the needle but paramedics were able to give him Narcan that saved his life. Police said they used Narcan on several victims.
