If you’re looking for something cool and different to do this week, check out Dirty Laundry in St. Pete. Dirty Laundry looks like a laundromat and will serve sandwiches and coffee during the day. But at night, if you enter the secret code into the payphone, one of the washing machines will open up and you’ll step inside a cocktail bar that’s straight out of Cuba!
It’s the latest creation from Stephen Schrutt, owner The Avenue, Park & Rec St.Pete, Park & Rec Tampa, and No Vacancy. You can now add a speakeasy to that list.
New speakeasy concept by Hunger & Thirst called Dirty Laundry opens to the public tonight in the Grand Central District of St. Pete! Laundry mat/coffee shop in the front, secret entrance to a Cuban cocktail club in the back - it's a game-changer! 🤯🍹🕺🏽— St. Pete/Clearwater (@VSPC) November 19, 2021
