A Lakeland man won $1M on a scratch off thanks to the Florida Lottery. 46 year old Dean Mills who played the $20 Gold Rush Limited scratch-off game is now basically a millionaire. He has chosen to receive his winnings in a lump-sum payment of $795,000.The ticket was purchased from A Publix in Mulburry Florida. The grocery store will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
