Allegedly, Kollar took out a knife and charged the victim with the it pointed at her while calling her hurtful words and waving the knife back and forth.
When police arrived, they found a four-inch knife on Kollar and he told them he did it because she’s Black and St. Pete is going to be taken over by Black people. He said, “You’re not taking my knife because I have to protect myself.”
Police also found a syringe he said was liquid meth for his pain and not heroin.
