Reports tell us that Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Malik McDowell was arrested after stripping naked and walking around in front of school. In the footage you can see him completely naked and wrestling with officers as they tried to puthandcups on him. He was very agitated with cops and even gave one of the officers a bloody eye. Cleveland Browns are aware of the situation.
