The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office just found a new drug that could be more dangerous than fentanyl.

The technical drug is called metonitazene/etonitazene but on the street is known as “ISO” and it's 20 times stronger than fentanyl.

Deputies say symptoms can happen within minutes and symptoms of an ISO overdose include "blue or purple lips, difficulty breathing, clammy skin, loss of consciousness, drowsiness, vomiting, and “pinpoint” pupils."
