A healthcare company in the UK has created a new “sexercise calculator” to help count how many calories you’ll burn in the bedroom!
They also revealed which sex positions were best for shedding some pounds. Researchers finally found something useful for your Fitbit watch to track and attached it to 112 couples and left them to some love making in a number of wild and unique positions.
The results show that the “butter churner” is the best position for men looking to lose weight, it will result in 211 calories burned over the course of 30 minutes. While the "standing" and "Squat" positions provide the best workout for women. You can see more results below.
