Florida Man Tells Police He Was “High And Happy” While Being Arrested For DUI
Reports tell us that a Florida Man was arrested for reckless driving in the Keys the week, and he told police he was “high and happy.” Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over Theodore John Evans Wednesday after they received many calls that the vehicle he was driving was running red lights. When he was pulled over he admitted to being under the influence. Officers found edibles, a glass pipe and a vape pen. He’s being held on a $2500 bail.
