We are not on board with this at all! Apparently, Hollywood wants to move forward with the Pirate of the Caribbean movie franchise without Johnny Depp.
During the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard trial, Johnny said he would never work for Disney again because they fired him three days after Amber’s abuse story was published and never talked to him about it.
His agent testified in court that Johnny was set to make a whopping $22.5 million for starring in the next installment of Pirate movie franchise but was fired after her op-ed was published in the Washington Post.
Now, Disney is trying to figure out how they can continue with Pirates of the Caribbean 6 without Johnny Depp and they’ve decided to pick Margot Robbie as the new lead. They’re currently in negotiations with Margot to take over even though they’ve got a ton of pushback on the decision.
