This is absolutely disgusting! The New York Police Department is on a manhunt for the gunman who shot a 20-year-old mother in the head as she pushed her 3-month-old baby by a local park in Manhattan.
A man came up from behind and shot her once in the head and then took off running down the street.
A child who was at the park playing witnessed the shooting.
