Well, this is one way to get arrested! A street vendor working downtown St. Pete, Florida was arrested after he threw a hotdog at police officers after he refused to stop selling the dogs after-hours.
It was after midnight on Saturday when officers gave several warnings to 47-year-old Jason Stoll, to stop selling the hot dogs because he was in violation of a city ordinance.
Stoll ignored their multiple requests to put down the hot dogs but he continued to sell them and then threw one at officers.
According to his affidavit, "The defendant became extremely upset and intentionally threw the hot dog at [an officer]," police wrote in the document, adding that the officer was in his full police uniform when it occurred.
