Should Tampa Bay Mom Be Held Accountable For Kids Actions
If you were watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers battle it out with the Atlanta Falcons on TV this past Sunday, then you missed this. If you were at Raymond James Stadium you saw it first hand. During the second quarter, while the Bucs were lining up for an extra point after Leonard Fournette’s 1-yard touchdown, a young boy ran onto the field. The boy was quickly tackled by a security guard and was not injured during the incident.
Good to see John Lynch working security for RayJay today, great technique on that tackle pic.twitter.com/E3iuQStO0b

It’s unclear how the child managed to get onto the field, but it’s likely that he climbed over one of the stadium’s fences. The boy’s mother later spoke with reporters, telling them that her son is 10 years old. However, a police officer who was also interviewed said that the child is older than 10, but he could not release any further information because the child is a juvenile.
Thankfully, this particular incident didn’t result in any injuries. It’s unclear how the child got onto the field, but it highlights the importance of stadium security. Hopefully, measures will be put in place to ensure that something like this doesn’t happen again in the future. [Source: WFLA]
