University Of Tampa Students Breaking World Record For Largest Hammock Hangout

A hammock company based out of the Tampa Bay area is attempting to set a new world record at the St. Pete Pier this month! Coast to Coast Hammock Co. started by two University of Tampa sophomores is inviting the city to come out to make a new record for the ‘World’s Largest Hammock Hangout.’

It's all happening Saturday, October 22 at the St. Pete Pier between 6pm-9pm. The current record is 125 hammocks so the company is attempting to set up 130 hammock stands to beat the record.

The event is going to be festival-like inclufing live music, food trucks, and more. Get your tickets to participate HERE!
