TSA admits one of their employees did not follow standard procedures and because of that, a man got through security with two box cutters. He was able to board a flight in Cincinnati, that was heading to Tampa. The Frontier Airlines flight was diverted to Atlanta after witnesses say a hostile passenger was spotted with a box cutter.

The suspect had been threatening to stab others on the flight. After the plane made an emergency landing, he was taken into custody by local police. Authorities found the box cutter on the suspect and another one in his carry-on.

No one was injured from the incident, and passengers were offered overnight hotel accommodations in Atlanta. Travel arrangements were made for a new flight for them to Tampa the next morning. [Source: WFLA]
