Florida Man Points Gun At Woman On Their First Date
A Florida man was arrested for aiming a air-soft pistol at his date after he thought she took pictures of his stuff. The victim said they met on social media and talked for a couple days before she met Briton Bochenski at a Fort Myers restaurant. After eating, Bochenski invited the victim back to his place. After engaging in consensual activity, she said she was tired and went to the living room to watch TV.
While she was watching TV, Bochenski came out from the bedroom and asked if she would like to see his watch collection. The woman pulled out her phone to use as a flashlight to see the watches, because it was dark. According to the police report, Bochenski got mad and said “Don’t take pictures of my s***.” The victim told police that Bochenski went to his bedroom and came back with a gun, waving it around and said “If you want to take a picture of something, take a picture of this.” She got all of her belongings, left as fast as she could and called 911.
Officers searched his home, and a gun under the mattress in the master bedroom. He man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. [Source: NBC 2]
