26-year-old Ke’shawn NeSmith from Jacksonville, Florida got into such a heated argument with his cousin who is a pastor that he ended up shooting him.

Jimmy McCauley, tried to explain to NeSmith about the difference between heaven and hell after they both attended a family member’s funeral. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office police report, “The suspect did not believe in God and the victim was a pastor who was trying to witness to him.”

As their argument got worse, family members tried to step in and calmed NeSmith down. As his cousin was leaving NeSmith pulled out a gun and shot his cousin. McGauley underwent surgery for his injuries. NeSmith is currently facing charges of attempted murder, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and carrying a concealed firearm.
