In a new viral video of Beyoncé on stage for her Dubai performance it looks like she might be pregnant with her fourth child! At least that's what people are speculating on Twitter right now.

Beyoncé was in Dubai for the grand opening of Atlantis The Royal which was her first performance in four years. She performed some of her iconic songs and even brought her daughter Blue Ivy onstage for Brown Skin Girl.
