VIDEO: Robber Uses Unusual Item As Disguise During Robbery

Really! A cardboard box?!?! That’s all you could think of? A robbery suspect was busted on video wearing a cardboard box over his head while allegedly stealing phones from a Miami Gardens cell phone repair store. In the video, you can see him smashing the glass displays and grabbing phones. But he made a brief mistake! He removed the box on his head, just long enough for his face to be shown on the surveillance video.

The owner of Irepair Tech, shared footage of the break-in and according to the New York Post, the store owner said the cardboard box bandit stole 19 iPhones and $8,000 in cash.

 

After the owner saw the cardboard box bandits face, he started looking around the plaza where store is located, asking people if they knew him. The man was later found and arrested in the same plaza drinking at a nearby liquor store. [Source: New York Post]
