That makes it even more impressive that one of them from Florida has been named one of the best sushi restaurants in the country by Time Out.
Sushi has become so popular that many platforms publish reports on the overall sushi industry in America. USA Today recently detailed that 5 million Americans eat this cuisine at least once a month. Furthermore, "Google Trends data shows it's twice as popular as it was five years ago and more than three times as popular as it was a decade ago," they state.
