Reports tell us that a Florida Woman was killed at Home Depot after a mother and son planned her murder via text. The tragic incident took place in Pensacola last Friday afternoon. The mother and the son have now both been arrested.
Escambia County Sheriffs office tells us that the shooting happened at the Home Depot on N. Davis Highway. When they arrived, one woman was found dead on the scene. The suspect, Keith Agee was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and homicide. His mother Sheila Agee has also now been arrested in Alabama will be extradited to Escambia County.
The motive is still been investigated but the victim and the suspect did know each other. Two other people suffered minor injuries, but they were just innocent bystanders. The messages also show Sheila’s involvement in helping find the victim.
