He apparently had been cheating on her.
Florida Woman Arrested After Attacking Her Boyfriend
Miracle Rivera was charged with domestic battery in connection with the incident that happened on Christmas Eve. Rivera and the victim engaged in a verbal altercation at their home in St. Petersburg.
The argument intensified and things eventually gotten physical. Rivera ended up following the victim around the house and hit him with a Christmas tree. She even did this while he was sitting on the couch. The victim suffered several minor scratches on his upper body and arms, according to police.
Police say the couple was in a romantic relationship and had been living together for two years . Rivera was booked into Pinellas county Jail. She was released on Christmas and has plead not guilty.I know she was happy that she was able to get out on Christmas Day. I didn’t think they released anyone on holidays.
