Masturbation Stations Are Making Their Way Into Jobs
When it comes to work, there are a lot of things everyone can unanimously agree on when it comes to changes. Like the fact that weekends should be three days instead of two. Or the price of minimum wage being higher. However, the newest trend making its way into work spaces is having people debate whether it is a good or a bad idea. So let me ask you, do you think jobs should allow people 30 minute breaks to masturbate?…
Thanks to Erika Lust, companies are debating on whether they should allow their employees some time for some “self love” due to her success. As the owner of an adult entertainment company, Lust realized employees were very agitated during lockdown. So Lust built a “masturbation station” and offered her employees 30 minutes for some alone time. The craziest part is it is actually helping with productivity.
“I value my employees and I know that when they feel good, we do good work.” Lust told Metro News. Erika also goes on to say “So, knowing that there’s only one thing that will make everyone feel good, I’ve set up a private masturbation station for them to enjoy.”
Sexologists Praise “Self Love” Stations
Sexologists are also giving the new work perk high praise and great reviews. One of the Lust Films’ colleagues stated that not only does masturbating make you happier, but it also helps you be more relaxed and focused. Self Love also helps you relieve tension and stress while decompressing.
Erika is also willing to help you if you are a company that is thinking about implementing a “self love“ station. Not only does she offer the brakes, but she maps out everything on her website while sharing her insight on the best practices to help the team continue working after their breaks.
Would you want your job to offer these stations? Or would you want the 30 minutes to do something else?
