A Lakeland diner was named one of the best in the United States. This comes from a website called Upgraded Points. They actually analyze Yelp ratings to find these highest-rated diners. They looked at the 100 largest metro areas in the United States to find the diners. One of the criteria is the diners had to have at least 10 reviews.

The Highest Rated Lakeland Diner

So the Lakeland diner that was named one of the best in the United States is Dena’s Place Diner and Grill. It has a 4.9 overall rating on Yelp. It is located on Florida Ave. S. and W. Alamo Dr. in Lakeland. They are open from 7 AM to 2 PM Monday through Saturday, but are closed on Sunday.

The report also looked at the U.S. cities with the highest-rated diners. This is based on the average rating of diners in each city, and Tampa comes in 4th in the country with an average rating of 4.07 on their diners.

They also looked at the highest-rated diner in every major U.S. city and Tampa’s highest-rated diner is actually an Apollo Beach Diner. It is the Apollo Beach Diner which got a 4.7 rating overall. The diner is located on US Highway 41 in Apollo Beach just south of Apollo Beach Boulevard.
