Florida Dad Abandons Daughter At Midnight After Fight On Busy Road

Imagine being so upset with your kid that you abandon her on the side of a road in the middle of the night! This might sound crazy but it actually happened a few days ago. A Florida man is accused of kicking his 10-year-old daughter out of his car and drove off. He completely left her all alone on a busy roadway in Kissimmee, Florida. The Osceola County Sheriff confirmed that Hector Serrano, 30, abandoned the girl in just after midnight on Monday.

It all happened after the he got into an argument with the girl’s grandparents. According to FOXNews35, Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez said, “"It was later discovered that she was thrown out of the vehicle by her own father, because the grandparents were threatening to call law enforcement if he didn't drop her off. Mind you, this area is about 21 minutes from grandma’s house.” Vehicles driving by witnessed the father pushing her out of the car as he drove off, leaving her all alone on a very busy road. Luckily police found her later as she tried to walk all the way to her grandparents house crying.

More witnesses told police they saw Serrano throw the girl’s belongings at her as he drove off. They saw him take her clothes and toys and chuck it at her before leaving, ultimately leaving her on the side of the road. She seemed confused and sad crying as people drove by worried about the girl. Witnesses called police to help the little girl after seeing what happened. The girl is now safe and with her grandparents. Police arrested Serrano he is currently behind bars. He's been charged with child neglect. Sad that a father would kick out his own daughter on the side of the road because he was mad at the grandparents.

It may seem outlandish but you can go to jail for cheating on your spouse in many states.
