Mary J. Blige Is Coming To Tampa And We Have All The Info To Get Tickets

Everyone loves a good throwback jam. There’s just something about those old songs that bring you back to the times when you first heard them. The only thing better than a throwback jam, is more throwbacks. So you can understand my excitement when they announced Mary J. Blige is coming to Tampa.

The For My Fans Tour

This week, Live Nation announced that Mary J. Blige will be going on the road for the “For My Fans” Tour and Tampa would be one of the stop. The best part of the news, is that she isn’t coming alone. MJB will also have Ne-yo and Mario performing on the tour. So mark those calendars Tampa! The tour will be making its Tampa stop on Saturday, February 8th at the Amalie Arena.

When Do Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, October 4th at 10am. However, there are ways you can get them earlier if you don’t want to wait that long. If you have a Citi account, Citi Pre-sale goes on sale today at 10am. Live Nation, venue, and local presale goes on sale on Thursday, October 3rd at 10am. Spotify Presales also go on-sale on Thursday at 10am, but you need a password. Good thing we got that for you. The password for the Spotify pre-sale is “MYFANS”, but remember, you didn’t get it from me. 😉

Even though he completed 4 years at the University for Sports Management, Ortiz realized his true passion for radio after taking a couple of classes to fulfill his communications minor and volunteering at UT's WUTT radio station as a sports director. From there, Rich worked his way up from Promotions assistant to promotions coordinator, to eventually full-time on-air. Rich loves to write about his favorite Tampa food spots, concert reviews, and the WiLDest Florida man/woman stories.
