Jackson’s Bistro Opens Italian-Inspired Sorsi Waterfront Lounge on Harbour Island

Jackson's Bistro will unveil Sorsi Waterfront Lounge on November 20 at 601 S Harbour Island Blvd. This Italian-inspired spot brings signature spritzes, gelato, coffee, and small plates to Tampa's waterfront.

The lounge serves chef-driven dishes inspired by classic Italian traditions. Live DJs spin tunes while guests sip drinks and enjoy the waterfront views.

The venue perches on Harbour Island with Tampa Bay stretched out before it. Water views frame the Italian-themed space.

The crew behind this venture says the experience is "designed to make you feel like you're lounging on the coast of Amalfi," according to That's So Tampa. Sorsi aims to transplant Italian spritz traditions straight to Harbour Island.

Jackson's Bistro has fed Tampa since 1997, dishing out sushi and cocktails for close to three decades. Sorsi Waterfront Lounge arrives as a partnership between these two concepts.
