I love a good event, especially when it’s free. Some of us just had to pay rent and other bills, so activities might not be in the budget.  If this is you, you have come to the right article! Below are great events in the Tampa Bay Area that you don’t want to miss. The free food tasting event is one that I might attend. All of these events are family friendly. • Big Game Open House And Free Tasting Event

  Saturday you can sample chef created, tasty treats at this 1 hour free open house. This event is taking place at Publix Aprons cooking school of Citrus Park. From 5:30-6:30 pm, you can go and enjoy the goodness.

• Tampa Riverwalk

  It cost nothing to take the family for a stroll down the Tampa bay Riverwalk. It’s about 2.6 miles long and while walking you will discover monthly outdoor concerts, sightseeing and a beautiful view. You can even set up a picnic.

• Hyde Park Fresh Market

  Every first Sunday of the month,  you can enjoy Hyde Parks Fresh Market. This is a local farmers market which features of 80 vendors. In addition to the vendors you can enjoy live music. Event goes down from 10-2pm.

• Florida Botanical Gardens

  At The Florida Botanical Gardens admission is free! It’s also picnic friendly, so bring a blanket and snacks. You will love the butterfly and succulent garden. The garden is pet friendly and open from 7am-5pm.

• Yoga In The Park

  This a free yoga class that takes place in Downtown Tampa. Everyone will meet at Kava Culture and walk over together. This Sundays class will be led by Gabrielle Pacatte.
