Here is a description from their website: “Drivers across the nation have spine-tingling tales of the strange and supernatural, from creepy local folktales to terrifying personal experiences. In the spirit of the Halloween season, we’ve collected accounts from the most haunted roads in the U.S., including cursed streets and hexed highways in the Northeast, South, Midwest, and West. If you find yourself driving on any of these roads, beware!”

  • Nash Road

Nash Road is located in the state of Mississippi and is said to be one of the most haunted roads in America. Nash Road is is in the city of Columbus and there is said to be a witch that haunts this road. They call the witch, the 3 legged lady. She is rarely seen, but is easy to recognize.

Apparently she has 3 legs from a natural mutation ritual. Some also say her mother disappeared and a leg was all that was found, she used dark magic to attached it back herself.

  • Archer Avenue

Archer Avenue is one of the most haunted roads in America. It’s located in Chicago, Illinois.  Why is this road haunted? They say a young woman was walking home from a dance when she was killed in an unsolved hit and run incident.

There are many stories of drivers near the dance hall picking up young hitchhikers wearing party dresses. The hitchhiker that they pick up then says nothing except to be let out at the cemetery, where she vanishes into thin air.

  • I-4

Interstate 4 which is located in Sanford, is the Florida road that is one of the most haunted roads in America. I-4 connects Tampa to Daytona and it sits on top of St. Josephs colony.

St. Jospehs Colony was an early town of Swedish immigrants. Sadly the entire community died of yellow fever and that’s when I-4 was constructed over their graves. They consider this part of I-4 as the dead zone and this is where electronics malfunction and cell phones loose their service. This is also where mysterious orbs of lights appear.
