New Invention: $130 Ramen Fork Will Cancel Out Loud Noodle Slurping!
Instant Ramen manufacturer Nissin has released a limited edition fork.
The idea of this special fork is to cancel out the gross noise of your own noodle slurping while enjoying Ramen. The fork detects the sound of noodle slurping and triggers a nearby smartphone to play a recording to mask the food noises. This little device costs around $130, and the Cup Noodle maker is only manufacturing 5,000 of them.
