Anti-Vaxxers Not Vaccinating Their Pets Put Them at Risk
Anti-vaxxers, without any scientific evidence, have now decided to include their pets in their movement putting them in danger.
“There is real concern that we will see an increase in the frequency of these serious and preventable diseases, with resulting animal suffering, if the number of vaccinated animals falls,” said veterinary director Caroline Allen.
It is common for people to treat their pets the same way they treat their children, that includes the choice to not give them vaccinations.
“We want to reassure pet owners that vaccinations are safe and effective and an important part of their pet’s health,” said Dr. Paula Parker.
