Lawnstarter compared the cities across 4 categories. Pollution, Living Conditions, Infrastructure And Consumer Satisfaction. 9 Florida cities made the list out of 152 cities across the U.S., but only 2 of them were in the top 20. Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale were the dirtiest cities in Florida, ranked at #18 and #20 in this study.
