If you live in the state of Florida you’ve definitely noticed our roads getting busier with more accidents happening everyday. Out of all the deadliest road in the United States’ Florida is home to three of the worst. Find By Plate did some research and analyzed traffic data across the country to find out the 20 most fatal roads. Three of those terrible roads are located Florida, including one in Tampa Bay.

• I-4

  I-4 is reportedly the 3rd most deadly road in America with 1.4 deaths per mile and stretches 132 miles from Daytona Beach to Tampa.

• I-95

  I-95 is ranked the 17th deadliest road in America starting in Miami heading all the way to Houlton, Maine totaling more than 1,900 miles.

• U.S. Route 1

  U.S. Route 1 is one of the deadliest roads mainly because of the lack of full bans on using cell phones while driving. This long road connects Miami to the Florida Keys.
