The LGBTQ+ Pride Parade located in St. Petersburg, Florida is happening this weekend (Saturday, June 22) and people will be celebrating all weekend. The parade is so much fun and one of the biggest pride parades in the country with 300,000 people showing up to have fun.

The 2024 St. Pete Pride is kicking off Friday night with a concert from Sasha Colby at Jannus Live. Sasha is a drag performer, actress, dancer, trans advocate and activist based in West Hollywood, California. Following April 2023, Colby is also the Season 15 crowned winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Headlining the St. Pete Pride parade is Saucy Santana! Known for his hit singles, “Walk”, “Up & Down”, and “Booty”.

More Info On The 2024 St. Pete Pride Parade

The 2024 St. Pete Pride Parade is on Saturday, June 22 from 2-10pm. This will be the largest Pride Day festival to date! The Parade route will run from Albert Whitted Park to Vinoy Park along Bayshore Drive, stepping off at 6pm.  Leading up to the Parade, will start in Vinoy Park at 5:30pm.

If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of parking in Downtown St. Pete, you have a few options, there will be FREE shuttles taking you to the parade route! See the lots below:

  • ST. PETE HIGH PARK & RIDE: Saturday, June 22, from 12 PM to 12 AM. Cars must be out of the lot by midnight; no overnight parking!

  • TROPICANA FIELD PARK & RIDE: Free parking for lots 5, 6, and 7. Saturday, June 22, from 6 AM to 12 AM. No overnight parking!
  • On parade day, take the SunRunner to 6th Ave S (USFSP) to get closest to the parade route.

  • Comfortable Shoes

    Those colorful red stiletto’s might be sexy but the parade is long and you’ll be walking a lot that day. Make sure you take a pair of shoes you can wear all day with no issue.

    Feet in sneakers stand near the dividing line on the asphalt. Bounding line, social distance, waiting in line. The border, stand in line for a start.
