A Hotel in Tampa has been named one of the best new hotels in the world! My co-worker and I love this hotel and have so much fun every time we go. We have yet to stay in one of the rooms, but we enjoy the scenery and restaurants. Some of my friends have stayed in the rooms and they say the experience is excellent.

Can you guess which hotel I am talking about? It’s definitely the new it spot in Tampa Bay and many people come here just to get photos on the legendary staircase! This hotel also had a star studded launch party. Rob Gronkowski and his girlfriend even attended. Travel and Leisure came out with a list of the best new hotels in the world. For this list they judged the hotels on best new wellness getaways, affordable luxury and inviting beach vacations. The hotels were not in a specific order but below are 4 Florida hotels that made the list, including the one in Tampa Bay.

• Four Seasons Hotel and Residences

  Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is considered one of the best new hotels in the world. This hotel is located in Fort Lauderdale in a beautiful 22 story tower on beach boulevard. Architect Kobi Karp designed the hotel to resemble yachts. The 189 rooms inside the hotel resemble sleek detailing on a Riva Yacht.

• Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

  Mayfair House Hotel & Garden is  located in the beautiful city in Miami. It was first debuted in 1985 and reopened last summer after a two year renovation. None of the rooms and suits are alike. Some rooms feature pianos and guest can book musicians by the hour.

• Life House, South of Fifth

  Life House, South of Fifth is located on South Beach! It is a very unique hotel and they even have a family suite. This suite sleeps up to six gest. This hotel is just steps away from South Beach’s boutiques, bars, and beach scene!

• The Tampa Edition

  The Tampa Edition  is located in Downtown Tampa Bay . I have not stayed in one of their rooms yet but I have eaten at one of  their restaurants and sat poolside. The food is great and the scenery is beautiful! Many people come here  just to take photos on their legendary staircase. Its a cool, chic spot and has the entire city talking. If you want to have dinner there, make sure you set a reservation! Celebrities from all over the world came to their launch party and after going I see why. My friends who have stayed there tell me that the rooms are fantastic! This hotel is also located near Amalie Arena, restaurants and boutiques.
