Post Malone was live in Tampa at the Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre on August 1st for the “If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying ” Tour. This is the 15th stop of the 24 leg tour that ends later on this month. Post Malone also dropped a brand new album, “Austin”, just last week that was also featured during the Tampa stop.
Post Malone Live In Concert
It was a relief for me to see Post Malone live, especially after reports that fans were worried about Malone’s health. Many people, as well as news outlets, speculated that Post was battling addiction following several videos of him performing. However, after watching him perform live in Tampa, it is clear Malone’s stage antics and mannerisms are all about showmanship. To me, Post was just channeling his inner Freddy Mercury or Steve Perry to project his inner “Rockstar”. From the opening track “Better Now”, to his finale with “congratulations”, Malone had the audience captivated with his singing, guitar play and candid dancing all around the stage. My favorite part of the night was when all the cell phone lights illuminated the Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre while everyone sang the words to “I Fall Apart”.
