Giving Tuesday is the annual day to give back to others during the holiday season. Organizations across Tampa Bay are gearing up for some donations, some are even matching! This year, the 10th annual day of giving back falls on November 29. There’s no amount too little to gift this season. Between inflation and recovering from hurricanes, there are a lot of people in the Tampa Bay area that could use help. Check out Community Foundation Tampa Bay’s Critical Needs List. This is a trusted and easy way to be a hero for a local nonprofit.

• Tampa Bay Watch

  According to ABC Action News, Tampa Bay Watch is gearing up to match donations given on Tuesday. Each donation will be matched up to $10,000. They have already raised a little over $2,000. Tampa Bay Watch is dedicated to fostering a healthy Tampa Bay watershed through community-driven restoration projects, education programs, and outreach initiatives.

  It’s no secret that the Humane Society of Tampa Bay does great things for pets and families in the Tampa area. To help give back to the people that help take care of our furry friends, and help us find our furry family member, consider donating on Giving Tuesday. You can donate online by clicking here. • Meals On Wheels Of Tampa

  Meals On Wheels has taken a serious hit due to inflation this year. They have been struggling to get enough drivers and resources to Tampa seniors. $39 provides 1 week of meals. Click here to donate.

• Metropolitan Ministries

  Metropolitan Ministries care for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in our community through services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency. A $100 donation would make a HUGE impact for struggling families in Tampa Bay. Click here to donate.
