Orlando & The Freakshow

Orlando & The Freakshow

There are so many days where we just don’t feel like cooking. With the price of food constantly going up it’s almost the same cost to go eat at your favorite Tampa restaurant. Especially if the restaurant is having a special where you can save 50% off! We made a list of the best restaurants in Tampa Bay that offer ‘deal nights’ leaving you with more money in your pocket and a full stomach. Many off these spots will also let your kids eat free. Plus, with kids being so picky it’s a perfect option so you can relax instead of cooking.

Why have food prices gone up?

In recent years, inflation has become one of the biggest issues with the cost of food, including eating out. With the rise of inflation, it’s made the prices of many food items much higher which affects consumers and businesses. So why have food prices gone up? One of the primary factors is the rising cost of production. Prices have been high for raw materials, like vegetables, meats, and dairy products, which are needed for food production. When all those above go up in price, the food manufacturers and restaurants pass on the additional cost to consumers and even raise their menu prices. Although, some of these restaurants still offer lots of deals including their kids eat free nights bringing in more business. Many family spots still want to keep these deals so their loyal fan base will still spend money.

Some individuals may choose to try and eat at home more to try and save money. However, a lot of the time it’s costs around the same as ordering food from your favorite restaurant plus you don’t have to clean up the kitchen. Here’s the list of Tampa restaurants that offer deal nights and the certain day you can go enjoy it.

  • Cody’s Original Roadhouse

They have delicious steaks and yummy onion rings! This is a great place to take the entire family especially when you don’t feel like cooking.

  • 4 Rivers Smokehouse

They offer great deals every Monday! Kids eat free at Four Rivers on Monday and they offer double points where you earn double the points when eating in-store or ordering online.

  • Green Lemon

I get food from this restaurant at least one to twice a month. Their queso is some of the best in Tampa Bay and I always order their Gigante Chicken Bowl. It’s so yummy and is topped with pickles jalapenos! You can also spice up your life with their habanero beef fiesta bowl. On Tuesday $2 street tacos!

  • Kobe Steakhouse

Do you like hibachi style food? You get to enjoy a show plus the food is so yummy! During your kid’s birthday month they’ll get a free meal!

  • Evos Feel Great Food

Saturday kids eat free at Evo’s with the purchase of an adult meal. So you can have a delicious, healthy meal while you kid eats free. I love eating their buffalo chicken wrap and I always add cheese.

  • Nebraska Mini Mart

Known for their burgers and shakes this place will let your kids eat free on Thursday! This is a great deal especially when gets are so picky with the food.

  • Keel & Curley Farms

Right by Dinosaur World you can make a stop there for the kiddos and then get some drinks and food at Keel & Curley Farms. Show a proof of your Dinosaur WOrld wristband and your child will eat for free!

  • Taco Bus

Ready for some delicious queso dip and authentic Mexican entrees? Well, look no further than Taco Bus! They have some amazing deals for free kid’s meals on Sunday. Mark your calendars because every Sunday they offer free Kid’s tacos and meals with the purchase of an adult item.

  • Yokos Sushi

This is one of my favorite restaurants to get sushi at in Tampa Bay. This restaurant has actually been around for over 40 years and has the most delicious fresh sushi. On Sunday evening they offer happy hour rolls all night long and certain day where kids can eat free.
