Doja Cat is bringing The Scarlett Tour to Amalie Arena this Friday! Tampa's own Doechii will be opening up for her. Ice Spice is also opening for Doja on tour, but won't be at the Tampa date. Plan on going to the show? Here's everything you need to know before seeing Doja Cat in Tampa.

Doja Cat has had a very controversial year. But her newest album, which was released this September, took us back to those old Doja memories. The album is a true solo effort, as it contains no features. Scarlet has 15 tracks, with the lead single "Attention," followed by "Paint The Town Red". "Paint The Town Red," was the first hip-hop song this year to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart since August 2022 and is still a top trending song for reels and TikToks.

Downtown Tampa looks a lot different thanks to all the construction going on around Water Street and Channelside. Here are some tips to help your night go smoothly.

Where you can park:

There are tons of lots near Amalie Arena, but if you would like to get more information, CLICK THIS LINK to get more details. There are lots of lots along Morgan St and that's not a long walk to the arena. Looking for a place to pregame? Check out our favorite restaurants that are within walking distance of Amalie.

What's on the setlist?

Doja's set list ranges all over her discography but the focus is on her new album. So definitely study up on her new songs. Setlist Fm says she usually plays 24 songs on average this tour. Here are 5 songs we expect to hear at the Doja Cat show in Tampa.

Paint The Town Red

Obviously Doja's biggest hit is on the setlist for the tour! We expect to hear it towards the end of the night.

Tia Tamera

Need to hear some classic Doja at this show! We're so glad to see videos of her playing Tia Tamera at other cities.

Get Into It (Yuh)

Planet Her might be Doja Cat's best album. We're glad to see she's playing a few songs from it! Expect to hear this one on Friday night.

Agora Hills

One of our favorite songs from her new album! This was the first music video she released for Scarlet. She co-directed the visual with Hannah Lux Davis.

Say So

One of the few good things to come out of 2020 was this song/video. So excited to hear it live at Amalie Arena

Rich grew up in the Bronx, NY but moved to Tampa in 2006 to attend the University of Tampa. Even though he completed 4 years at the University for Sports Management, Ortiz realized his true passion for radio after taking a couple of classes to fulfill his communications minor and volunteering at UT's WUTT radio station as a sports director. Rich also worked at several clubs in Tampa as a host/promoter where he would meet and work alongside Davy Rolando, who would be the one who would help him get a job at WiLD 94.1. From there, Rich worked his way up from Promotions assistant to promotions coordinator, to eventually full-time on-air. Rich loves to write about his favorite Tampa food spots, concert reviews, and the WiLDest Florida man/woman stories.
