These are the five most notorious serial killer that are synonymous with Florida. To be honest, I’ve been watching a lot of serial killer documentaries recently and realized there’s many I never knew about. These people either lived in Florida during the killings or killed people from the state of Florida. Some of these names you might have heard of before like Ted Bundy and some you never known before today. There’s been several over the past several decades including the notorious ‘I-95 Killer’ with many being executed by the state of Florida.
It’s interesting to find out their stories and what year they started killing people. It’s hard to find out why they went on their killing spree but many of these serial killer ended up murdering dozens of people. Some of these victims were raped before being killed but luckily most were caught with the help of the community. One example is notorious serial killer Aileen Wuornos who who targeted and killed seven men. She claimed they had either assaulted or attempted to assault her while she was a prostitute. She died by lethal injection in 2002.
As a matter of fact, I never knew about the notorious serial killer Samuel Little until today! It’s crazy that he admitted to killing almost 100 people and justified his decision. He wanted to cleanse the world of disgusting human beings and took matters into his own hands. Little killed 93 women, making him one of the most prolific serial killers in US history. He targeted vulnerable women often prostitutes or drug addicts and then would kill them by strangulation. He died in 2020 while serving multiple life sentences for his crimes.
