According to the National Hurricane Center Dorian is predicted to hit Florida and the northern Bahamas as a Category 3 storm, bringing heavy rains and sustained winds of 125 mph.

We are now less than 100 days from the official start of the 2022 hurricane season on June 1. But tropical activity can develop outside this time period, so the National Hurricane Center will begin issuing tropical weather forecasts beginning May 15, 2022.
