If you live in Hyde Park in South Tampa, Florida you now have bragging rights! Hyde Park has now been named one of the best five neighborhoods in the country.

The website Niche does rankings for colleges and schools just released its ‘2023 Best Places to Live in America’ list. The South Tampa neighborhood, Hyde Park is now officially #2 on the list of Best Neighborhoods to Live in America. They’re not the only Tampa neighborhoods that are included on this list. As a matter of fact, Harbour Island and Davis Island are included as well.

People have been moving to Florida in record numbers ever since the pandemic. There’s lots of reasons to love the Sunshine State and even more to love about Tampa Bay so we’re not too surprised. The neighborhoods in this list from Niche really only consider the Tampa and Orlando area. But a lot of people are also moving to area’s in Pinellas like Safety Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater.
