We all know the divorce rate is high in America but it’s extremely high in the state of Florida. Did you know that Florida is among the highest in the U.S. coming in at 13%!? Florida has the 6th highest divorce rate and it doesn’t seem to be going down anytime soon. This high rate isn’t new to Florida because it’s been the same for the past decade.

What’s shocking is finding out which counties actually have the highest and lowest divorce rates. Coming in at #1 is Pinellas county with a whopping 15% which is the most in the entire state! Scroll down to see where your county is on the list of highest divorce rates in the state of Florida.

  Pinellas is a hot spot for divorces with 12.8% of divorced men and 17.1% of women in 2021.

• #2 Volusia County 14.9%

  Almost as high as Pinellas but came in just under.

• #3 Duval County 14.1%

  Jacksonville is up next for the highest divorce rate.

• #4 Brevard County 14%

  Can’t forget about Brevard county coming in at #4.

• #5 Sarasota County 13.6%

• #6 Broward County 13.4%

• #7 TIED: St. Lucie County & Manatee County 13.2%

• #8 THREEWAY TIE Pasco County, Marion County & Lee County 13.0%
