United Airlines Is First Major Carrier To Earn ‘Hospital-Grade’ Cleanliness Certification
This is fantastic news, especially if you feel nervous to fly because of COVID-19. United Airlines just received the highest certification of ‘Diamond’ from the Airline Passenger Experience Association for clean air.
United is the first of the 4 largest U.S. airlines to be certified at the Diamond level.
United was judged off of a 58-point checklist testing for contact tracing, on-the-ground procedures, in-flight measures and more. They got a diamond certification which is the best you can get!
