A Man Attempts To Trespass Into Drakeâs Toronto Mansion
A man has been arrested as he attempted to trespass into Drakeâs Toronto mansion on Wednesday (May 8). According to TMZ, a source told the outlet that the man was trying to gain access to the rapperâs mansion but he was immediately intercepted by security. The man was detained by security until he Toronto police arrived on scene.
This is the second incident that has happened at Drakeâs Toronto mansion in the last 24 hours. On Tuesday (May 7), the For All The Dogs rapperâs Toronto home was targeted in a shooting that left his security guard with serious injuries, according to Toronto Police Inspector Paul Krawczyk in a Tuesday press conference.
Krawczyk didnât confirm if Drake was in the house at the time of the shooting, but he has been working with the rapperâs team during the investigation. While this incident also happened in the wake of Drakeâs feud with Kendrick Lamar, when Krawczyk was asked if the tension between the rappers had anything to do with the shooting, he said that no motive had been determined at this time.
Also on Tuesday across the pond, Drakeâs OVO storefront was tagged with graffiti. The message read: âthey not like us.â The lyric is the last line from Kendrickâs latest diss track, so far, against Drake on âNot Like Us.â
Kendrick Lamar And Drake Trade Shots On Various Diss Tracks
Kendrick Lamar addressed how he feels on from Future and Metro Boominâs We Donât Like You. âYeah, get up with me, fâ sneak dissing/âFirst Person Shooter,â I hope they came with three switches,â Kendrick raps.
He adds, referencing J. Cole and Drakeâs lyrics on âFirst Person Shooterâ: âThink I wonât drop the location? I still got PTSD/Motherfâ the Big 3, nâ-, itâs just big me.â
âNâ-a, bum, what? Iâm really like that/And your best work is a light pack/Nâ-, Prince outlived Mike Jackâ/Nâ-, bum, âfore all your dogs gettinâ buried/Thatâs a K with all these nines, he gonâ see Pet Sematary nâ-, bum,â he raps.
Ever since Kendrickâs guest verse on âLike That,â the two have been taking lyrical shots at one another. The Compton native claims that Drake is a pedophile has ghostwriters and doesnât claim an alleged 11-year-old daughter.
The last diss track to come about so far is Drakeâs âThe Heart Part 6.â The Toronto native dropped the track over the weekend. Drake claims that Kendrickâs kids arenât his and are actually Dave Freeâs, the former president of Top Dawg Entertainment whom K. Dot was signed to for 10 years.
